Onion Tips...

Onions are not just great for adding flavour to foods. The next time you get a cold, cut a slice of onion and place it in arch of your foot, then put a sock on and sleep with it. The onion will help draw out some of the toxins that are making you sick overnight. Dispose of the slice in the morning and repeat the process as needed. It helps speed recovery.
