How to get your copy of FOODprofile:
For UK clients:
1. Complete all the questions in the Wellness & DNA form. Or purchase our DNA test, if you are unable to.
2. Upon payment, DNA tests are despatched same-day and arrive next day via Royal Mail (in the UK).
3. Complete your Wellness form with DNA inputs and email your form to the provided email address.
5. We will identify your specific FOODprofile from your inputs.
6. We will email you a link to your copy of FOODprofile 1.0 or 2.0.
7. You agree to download your ebook within 7 days. 
8. After 14 days later we delete your Wellness form and DNA records for privacy.
 
For Overseas Clients: 
1. Upon payment confirmation, IMMEDIATELY email your payment reference and country in the SUBJECT LINE.
2. Use email: CustomerSupport@Foodprofile.co.uk and include your FULL address, post/zip code and country. 
3. We will reply with estimated delivery information and details of how to provide your DNA inputs.
